Pia is an absolute gem! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything I dreamed of and more. Not only is she incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but her calming presence truly helped me when I started to get nervous. She has a way of keeping everything running smoothly while making sure I was always at ease. We honestly don’t know how she did it all, but she worked tirelessly behind the scenes and made sure every detail was perfect.

Working with Pia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend! Pia listened to all our ideas and made our vision a reality - helping us select great suppliers, negotiating pricing, and working tirelessly to ensure the aesthetics of the day were perfect.
Pia's communication was consistent and was always there for any questions we had, especially closer to the date finalising last-minute details. She even managed to find a replacement hair and makeup artist for the bridal party when the UK stylist cancelled 48 hours before the wedding day. Replacement suppliers were sourced and confirmed within 4 hours of being flagged as an issue.
Pia remains calm and professional at all times, which makes her the perfect project manager for a wedding.

If you are looking for the right wedding planner, look no further. Puglia Ever After is the planning company you need to ensure your wedding is magical and seamless! We felt defeated about planning a destination wedding until we met with Pia virtually over coffee. She was the only planner to suggest a meeting in this way, and when we met her, we already felt a part of Pia's team.

Pia quickly became our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We never had a chance to visit our venue before the wedding, but Pia helped us plan a 3-day wedding event without visiting on-site and made sure to help us feel comfortable from afar. She went to all the venues and took pictures and videos for us. Pia managed all the events to ensure that our guests and we were cared for, and she helped us plan all of it in less than a year. From site seeing to virtual meetings with the venue and vendors, Pia made us feel as comfortable as we could meeting everyone from afar. I can't stress the importance of having a planner that understands you, your partner, and your vision. She does a great job of understanding who you and your partner are and your wedding vision. Pia also does a beautiful job of tying intentional moments together, and she always tries to make the vision come to life, which was very much apparent during all our wedding events! It was really important to us that we gave our guests a true "Apulian experience," and it was exactly that for each event we hosted for our guests.

As we sit down to write this note we’re both still on a high from having had the most special wedding day we could ever have imagined. And we have you to thank for it.
All the months of planning and careful preparations paid off. We didn’t always make your job easy, both of us having busy jobs and at least one of us being hugely indecisive (I’m sure you can guess who!). But you always guided us patiently in the right direction, and the end result was a day that was as unique and authentic as we’d hoped.
It was hugely important to us to make sure our guests had an unforgettable experience as well as us, and we’ve had so many comments from them about how perfect the day was from start to finish.
